Learning In A Christian Environment
Noah’s Ark Preschool provides a loving Christian atmosphere where children can grow socially, emotionally, cognitively, physically, and spiritually. We provide a hands-on learning environment for children ages three, four, and five, rich in experiences, discovery, and exploration.
We believe the partnership between parents and teachers is key to give children the best possible learning experience. Parent activities include assisting in the classroom (through special activities and/or reading time), Spring Parent/Teacher conferences, field trips, educational speakers, parent/toddler play group, children’s music programs, and various volunteer opportunities to assist with our additional programs, such as; Scholastic book orders, event set-up and clean-up, t-shirt sales, fundraisers, ministry team, art activities and prep, and our annual Mom2Mom sale.
Circle Time for 10-20, Free Choice for 45-60, Clean-Up for 5-10, Stories/Playing/Games for 15-20, Snack for 15, Small Groups for 15, Gross Motor/Outside/Playground or Gym for 15-30 and Closing Songs at the end of the day!
We hold daily activities at our indoor church gym and allow for outside recess time on our playground. In addition, we organize musicals, special dinners, movie nights, and sledding days throughout the year. Parents are encouraged to attend with their children!
We take various field trips, special walks, and other activities throughout the year. Trips include Mooville Diary Farm, Cotant's Farm Market, Pumpkin Patches and more. Parents will be notified in advance of trips and are encouraged to participate.
